Offerings

People come here for different reasons. Some are ready to work on something they've been carrying for a long time. Some want clearer answers about what's going on. Others want support before or after a psychedelic experience.

Here's what each option involves.

Psychedelic Preparation and Integration

For people working with psychedelic medicines, in a clinical setting or elsewhere. Preparation helps you get clear on your intentions and what you're bringing in. Integration helps you make sense of what came up and carry it into your daily life, in the weeks and months afterward.

If you're looking for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, reach out and I can talk through what's available.

Psychological Assessment

For when a diagnosis never quite fit, treatment only partly helped, or the full picture still isn't clear. A collaborative psychological evaluation gives you clarity, direction, and a solid foundation for the care that comes next. It can stand on its own or be a starting point before therapy. For adults, teens, and children ages 8 and up.

Therapy

Depth-oriented therapy for trauma, grief and loss, eating disorders, and major life transitions. The relationship comes first, and I draw on EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to work with what talking alone hasn't reached.

Most people start with weekly 50-minute sessions, with 80-minute sessions available when the work needs more room. I see clients in person in Evergreen and by telehealth across Colorado.

Common Questions

Not sure which fits?

That's what the free 20-minute consultation is for. We'll talk about what's going on and what might help, with no commitment.
